Jee Plays For South Korea National Team

This past week Oberlin College rising-junior and women’s lacrosse player Seung Yun Jee represented her home country of South Korea by playing for the national team at the ASPAC games in New Zealand.

While her team struggled against the elite competition during the tournament, it was still a very positive for Jee, who has played in 27 games during her first two years in the crimson and gold.

“It is always very rewarding to see one of your players go on to represent their country,” Head Coach Liz Longley said. “I am proud of Jee and look forward to having her back as a key part of our team next spring.”

Jee, who has made 20 starts in her career, is one of 14 players slated to return to the Yeowomen next season.
